Slippi First Run Checklist

Install or update Slippi Dolphin through the official Slippi Launcher.
Use your own unmodified NTSC 1.02 Melee image.
In the graphics UI set Vulkan, fullscreen, 4:3, 2x internal resolution, and V-Sync off.
Set replay storage to /home/couch/Slippi.
Confirm gameplay on HDMI-1 at 1920x1080@60 before attempting any refresh-rate changes.
If direct launch is unreliable, configure and validate the launcher shortcut fallback from config/couchd.example.json.
